1. Return & Exchange Period

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted unless otherwise approved by SmartEc AI.

2. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
  • The product is defective or malfunctioning
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong model, color, or quantity)
  • The product was damaged during shipping
📌 Proof such as photos or videos is required for verification.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Products that have been used, activated, or altered
  • Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized repair
  • Customized or made-to-order products (OEM / ODM)
  • Requests made beyond the eligible return period

4. Return Conditions

Returned items must:
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and complimentary items
  • Show no signs of use or damage
SmartEc AI reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and clearance fees are non-refundable (if applicable)

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error, SmartEc AI will cover the return shipping cost
  • For all other reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
